      Pros

      Small company which lends itself to knowing everybody pretty well that works for the company.

      Cons

      The business of collecting donated blood and selling it is on the down turn due to new medical break throughs. Every year less and less blood will be needed by patients. The company needs experienced workers, just not long term workers.

      Pros

      Good people, they work hard and believe in the mission. Most have a can do attitude and enjoy being there.

      Cons

      Management, good old boys club. They are running the business into the ground. Numerous lay offs and they allow some people to dictate the entire project with no project management experience.
