The work was enjoyable. Liked the experience.

Cons

They hire you with no certification. When i moved to nights they always attacked me every morning. Saying that i was slow. I made a lot of mistakes. They compared me to everone else and made me look like the worst employee. Dont bother asking them for reference. They will say that it "goes against our policy" which is absurd. Management doesnt consider any problems with the company. Problems and complaints overlooked. They will tell you you can go against the rules like them but they wont get caught and you will.

Some people are very nice which makes coming to work slightly more bearable. No option to work remotely makes it easy to turn off after hours.

Cons

The objectives set for some teams directly contradict the objectives of other teams making it difficult to understand the priorities of management.

Pros

Good pay, some good employees, several good managers. Good company mission.

Cons

Stagnant leadership that rules top down without seeking input from staff. CIO that constantly pushes staff without any recognition, praise or respect. Blatant favoritism goes unchecked Little accountability of managers makes for a toxic work environment. Lack of long term opportunities and CIO micromanagement that focuses on non-value added activities.. Siloed departments that don't work well together on projects. Long term executives (not all) that take a simplistic view of the amount of work that staff can accomplish without burning out.
