Vitamin World is good but not great; had a good employee discount and products but management was erratic.

Employee Discount. Relaxed environment. Lots of knowledge to be shared. Competitive market against other chains. Commission. Paid time off for full timers. Paid for major holidays (i.e. Christmas, New Years). Customer service.

Cons

Pay is not commensurate to experience or education. Corporate management of sales. Forcing to sell certain products. Lack of product. Old computing systems.
