Pros

Good benefits, great customers. Loved the products and the discount on store items was amazing.

Cons

They work you like a dog. It isn't just retail anymore. You have to know a skit and do it with every person and its unnatural. There is no more feeling out the customer and giving the stand-offish ones some space, which makes customers angry. There is a way to sell to customers and if you have the talent, they should leave you be. Instead of pushing this skit down your throat and writing you up if you forget a step. Also had to hit so many quotas each day, from ADS to UPT, to conversion and more...it was so stressful. I hated it. It was a great job before all that came in. Also, you're not allowed to count your shipment when it comes in, and when inventory is short, all the blame falls on you. I've counted shipments and had some that were very short, and I take the hit, so I look like the bad manager, its bull.

Pros

Being able to assist individuals in changing their lives for the better. Learning about natural health and wellness practices.

Cons

The base pay is not what you would expect a store manager should make. Commission rates are going to drop for the second time in 2 1/2 years.
