Pros

Vitria is a nice company to work for. The people are professional and I have worked with both the US team and APAC. I read some reviews here while I was looking for more contract work and I was surprised to see some negative thing. Maybe some people left or let go.

Nothing for me. Hope to work more projects

- Good technology - Easy to implement - Very easy to deploy - Easy to monitor - Very well liked by higher management staff

Cons

- Proprietary - Sr management not very competent with the market change - In some situations it is little slow in processing e.g financial vertical
