In desperate need of leadership, direction and vision

Pros

Technology platform has potential to be successful if product management, marketing and sales could gain traction. Some newer management smart but without focus or autonomy. Solid amount of revenue from legacy product. CTO respected.

Cons

No room for career growth. Could not attract a solid sales team. Engineering management had a "know-it-all" attitude and had difficulty prioritizing product functionality from field -- did not seem receptive to outside suggestions.

Some Nice people. Good technology.

Cons

The company has lost direction and has problem getting new customers. For the most part, the new product competes with much larger companies.
