      -The company provides equipment for home office.

      Company seems to be expanding fast without adequate thought put into mid-level management, training needs and staffing.

      Pros

      The Culture Committee is my favorite part. The company does a great deal for the employee's including paid trips for picnic and holiday party, Bonus incentives, and room for growth.

      Cons

      Since the company has grown so fast there are some gaps with training and protocol/process. This is to be expected when so much of these are established in the moment. I believe these growing pains will only bring more clarity in the future.

      Pros

      For a growing company, Vitu has great things in store. The benefits are great, perks including company events are wonderful. Focus on employee life-work balance is admirable. Freedom to set my schedule is the reason I took this job. I would recommend to anyone I know.

      Cons

      Mid management is poor. Technology aspects are confusing- orientation/training is definitely lacking in all departments. There is nothing set in stone, so it’s hard to keep up with all changes.
