Vitu has a culture unlike any other place I have worked. I enjoy getting out of bed on a Monday. My job is challenging and never dull.

Good Team and nice work space.

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism. People who are favorites were recognized with promotions and other perks when they had zero contributions to the company's strategy or development.

Vitu has good benefits and great people that work hard and take pride in their work.

Cons

Growth of the company was way too fast and not thought out. HR department is lacking and way to much stress is put onto most employees. Covid-19 has changed this company forever!
