      Pros

      All of my co-workers are friendly, respectful, and honest. Even in moments where I have dropped the ball, mistakes have been pointed out, but we all know we're human at the end of the day. Feedback is constructive and useful.

      Cons

      I'm used to having small hobby groups to chat with from other companies, and it has been difficult for me to find one. Efforts were made for a gamer chat group, but it failed to stick.

      Pros

      Most offices have a good comfortable environment, there is no particular dress code, the company gives many chances to excel in your field of work as well as promoting kind fun events and even financial help if your going to school. Most of the management is super understanding and the company gives good benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work flow is very unbalanced. Like one day you will be crazy busy and behind and others you might have very little work. Sometimes you may feel overworked.
