      Pros

      All of my co-workers are friendly, respectful, and honest. Even in moments where I have dropped the ball, mistakes have been pointed out, but we all know we're human at the end of the day. Feedback is constructive and useful.

      Cons

      I'm used to having small hobby groups to chat with from other companies, and it has been difficult for me to find one. Efforts were made for a gamer chat group, but it failed to stick.

      Vitu is a great company. The moment I came into the office of the Chicago IL location I was welcomed the work flow is just right and there s nothing more I'd ask for from a company as such.

      A friendly and helpful team to be apart of. Work is available and distributed out evenly. Ongoing training and advancement opportunities. Flexibility.

      Cons

      If you have never worked remote it can be a challenge at first but you will catch on fast and get in the groove of things.
