Pros

The culture is inclusive and very employee centric. Constant events to promote a good work+life balance, involved executives — they take the time to know and get to know you (you don't feel like a number, even as the company is expanding) and a chance to grow from within. There is so much going on here, the opportunities for moving up and the support that is given to enhance your education are inspiring.

Cons

That openwork environment thing is not for me. That's a personal thing for me, truly. I can be pretty introverted so I've never been a fan of open workspaces, but I notice everyone here is really respectful of personal space so I'm learning to roll with it.
