Pros
Benefits are good and there is opportunity to branch into different sectors or divisions of the company in different areas. Work/ life balance is great. You are given the leeway to run your team in a way that works for the team and the company. Employees who care about their work and work well with a team will excel here and have opportunity to continue to grow. It is exciting to see all the different areas where we push innovation and are able to do things never done before in the automotive world.
Cons
Fast growth has triggered those "growing pains" along with some culture changes that have come along with trying to integrate many people, personalities and different levels of work ethic into teams that were largely get it done type of people. Direction from the top is sometimes too broad or gets lost in translation on it's way down the chain.
