      Easy work. Not customer facing. Free chips.

      Cons

      Management is completely disconnected from our day-to-day work. The work environment is toxic, and they treat us like we’re incapable of doing our jobs, as if we’re children. No room for growth. No raises. Ever.

      The team/state I work with has kept and nurtured a supportive culture where opinions are valued and welcomed to help provide a better work experience.

      Cons

      You have to know how to navigate the culture, it's a good culture but not for everyone, it can be very survival of the fittest while trying to not get stabbed in the back. No real avenue to bring up issues when there is poor management, they only want to hear the good things and nothing negative.
