Pros

Believe in innovative ideas. (Sometimes)

Cons

Little Work/life balance. They expect on call 24/7 with no compensation for the extra time. Pay is well below industry and expectation standard HR is extremely biased From the top to the bottom the commutation style is allowed to be toxic and abusive. Most Toxic work environment I’ve ever worked in. If your company is acquired by them run don’t walk to the job board and get out of there. They do not care about their people. They have employees that are walking HR lawsuit waiting to happen and they just keep promoting them.

Pros

Benifits were okay, loved company trips

Cons

The company over hires and tends to bite more than it can chew. Causing massive layoffs, (pretty heartless how they go about it)

CMS will be the downfall of VITU

Pros

The original Vitu seems alright. We could grow better together but some people might not let that happen

Cons

After buying CMS, the people in charge now are messing everything up. They’ve gotten rid of all the good stuff CMS could’ve brought to VITU and destroyed the great culture that used to be there. They’re making up rules and pushing them on everyone, but even HR doesn’t seem to agree with their claims. Why not let workers do their jobs and supervisors handle theirs? Management should just focus on trying to seem useful instead of wrecking everything. Better yet, they could stand up for their teams and actually do the right thing. But no, they’re too scared to challenge orders and follow blindly. When it all falls apart, it’s on the top bosses. The HR people need to dig more on the issues reported! They say during meetings that we are 1V2, but thas a load of you know what
