      Pros

      For a growing company, Vitu has great things in store. The benefits are great, perks including company events are wonderful. Focus on employee life-work balance is admirable. Freedom to set my schedule is the reason I took this job. I would recommend to anyone I know.

      Cons

      Mid management is poor. Technology aspects are confusing- orientation/training is definitely lacking in all departments. There is nothing set in stone, so it’s hard to keep up with all changes.

      Pros

      Nice people you can listen to music as you work, just make sure to do your tasks.

      Cons

      No measurement of success nor any reason to do more than the bare minimum. You do not receive a raise for doing more deals than anyone else or making less mistakes than them. Extremely boring work that is incredibly tedious.
