      Pros

      Every one was polite and for the most part communicated well. We did receive a Christmas Bonus at the end of the year.

      Cons

      Under paid compared to other remote medical coding positions. Working remotely you are often forgotten and not recognized for your hard work. Christmas bonus may no longer be available.
