Pros

The culture at Vituity is unmatched. Employees are treated with respect and valued for their contributions. Compensation is competitive and benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Remote workforce can make it challenging to find the right internal channels to resolve things. I think most companies struggle with this during COVID

Wow! Thank you for leaving such a wonderful review. We also agree that the Vituity culture rocks! We take great pride in our outstanding benefits and flexibility provided to employees to work remotely whenever possible. However, working remotely can come with it's own set of challenges. Communication is at the forefront of what Vituity is committed to improving and is being discussed with the appropriate teams. We hope to use this feedback to better Vituity as a whole. Your comments are spot on, it's like you should recruit for us...oh wait. Kindly, Katie Medlen

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We appreciate and agree that we have talented team members and we continue to strive to take care of them through our benefits and career advancement opportunities. We are continuously evaluating our compensation strategy to be able to compete for top talent within the bay area and nationwide. We have expanded our leadership development training to continuously grow and develop our managers. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic this past year was challenging for all employees at multiple levels. Leaderships’ goal and commitment is to be strategic and thoughtful of the work and to support work life balance for our work force. As an organization Vituity is a physician-led and owned partnership, that combines clinical excellence with business acumen to help healthcare organization raise the standard of patient care. Our practice management team is integral in providing high quality service and is valued by our front line clinicians and leadership. Mylien Yuan – Vice President of People Operations
