As a pre-medical student, working as a medical scribe is great exposure to the field and you gain experience in writing patient histories and presentation that will help you in the future.
Cons
Working per diem, there are not many hours available to work. If you are in school, this is great, but if you are looking for full-time work, you won't find it as a scribe.
