1-on-1 interaction with MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs Exposure to wide variety of chronic and acute diseases and treatment plans Clinical experience in a fast paced environment Experience with electronic medical records

Cons

Difficult on boarding process, takes a long time Sometimes providers are unclear on their expectations and won’t necessarily give you feedback (although if you are good at asking, this is much less of an issue)

Flex Schedule Ability to work remotely.

Cons

Management. Hand holding for inadequate employees, even after they should have already been fired, due to violating rules set in place. Extremely low pay. Again, MANAGEMENT, they have so many high tiered positions that were just given to people with a long tenure at the company, even if they are horrible at their jobs.
