Pros

Good employer, generally friendly and knowledgeable people. Really complex business domain and organizational structure, tons of things to learn both in the Vituity Practice Management, and from its parent Vituity physicians' partnership members.

Cons

This is not a technology company, it's an administrative unit for a 40+ year old healthcare business. Organizational specifics, e.g. how projects are defined, approved, and funded, sometimes make it unnecessarily hard to make progress in many IT/software areas.

Majority of the enterprise systems and applications are already cloud/mobile enabled.
