      Great atmosphere ED Physicians and other staff are great to work with, good culture Learn so much about emergency medicine Training process was straightforward Lead scribes and physicians in charge of program are excellent, so easy to get along with and they listen and respect each employee.

      Cons

      Pay is quite low Tough work! This is definitely a transition job in order to move onto grad school.
