Pros

401k is good. People are motivated to do their job. Never had a problem getting help when I ask for it. Great location. Open door policy. Company is in a state of growth so a lot of change is/will be occurring. Great place to start a career in health.

Cons

Health is very expensive (high deductible). Some leaders have never worked anywhere else and are there by positional longevity instead of ability. Company promotes non-clinicians into roles that should be targeted for clinicians to save money. The existing leadership does not have the needed skills to take this company to the next level.

Leadership is smart and personable. The company has a clear vision, and truly values every partner/employee. Also, the benefits package is quite generous.

Cons

The company is still growing, and only has contracts in a few states other than California. This certainly limits transfer possibilities within the company.
