Thank you for your review! First, I would like to say thank you for your 5 plus years of service. The dedication and hard work of our employees are always admired and respected at MedAmerica. As you mentioned, we do offer excellent benefits here at MedAmerica including but not limited to, our 401K plan, tuition reimbursement, and sick and vacation accrual. We pride ourselves on offering employees the option of working a flexible schedule whether it’s to help with their commute or attend to other obligations outside of the MedAmerica family. As MedAmerica grows, we continue to evaluate the career path for our employees. We launched a leadership academy last year to provide our employees with the tools and skills needed to grow professionally. In addition, our HR and Talent Acquisition teams have been working closely with our Leadership Team to design a career development program.
