A company that stands behind its missions and values. Definitely encourages a work/life balance and you feel that you are really doing something meaningful.

Cons

Growth is not always easy to find. People stay until retirement and although it is a great indication of the culture, it can make it difficult to grow.

Vituity is a really thoughtful company. They care about patient care and the physicians care about their hospitals. They promote diversity. It's a very positive and friendly company. Great work/life balance. They understand the importance of family engagements.

Cons

The pay is stagnant. There isn't a lot of opportunity for growth. The org chart isn't structured for growth. Upper level managers don't leave.
