Wow! Thank you for leaving such a wonderful review. We also agree that the Vituity culture rocks! We take great pride in our outstanding benefits and flexibility provided to employees to work remotely whenever possible. However, working remotely can come with it's own set of challenges. We are continuously evaluating our compensation strategy to be able to compete for top talent within the bay area and nationwide. We have expanded our leadership development training to continuously grow and develop our managers. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic this past year was challenging for all employees at multiple levels. Leaderships’ goal and commitment is to be strategic and thoughtful of the work and to support work life balance for our work force.
