      Pros

      We have a very comprehensive benefit package, which includes $1500/year the company pays into our HSA, affordable insurance premiums, internet reimbursement, flexible schedule and WFH. With $15K tuition reimbursement, it is the highest I have found in the industry. Also offering sabbaticals, after 10 years of employment and a generous Vacation and Sick time allowances. They value our personal growth, encouraging us to participate in DEI initiatives, and utilize the free LinkedIn Learning courses they provide on company time.

      Cons

      Because people that work here, hardly leave, when promotional opportunities arise, it is tough competition, as they are so few and far between.
