      Pros

      The company has a culture of caring, and encourages employees to focus on well being and resiliency. We all feel like we contribute to what is most important which is patient care. Executives share financial information with everyone, keeping us informed of what's going on and what we may anticipate in the near future. I've been with the company for almost 6 years and can honestly say I have no intention of leaving anytime soon. The people really make the company a fantastic place to work. We have a big focus on diversity and inclusion, with support from the very top and that says a lot about the culture.

      Cons

      There may be positions that could pay more elsewhere, but if you think of it as a package with 401K and benefits and other perks, it's a win with Vituity.

We take great pride in our outstanding benefits and flexibility provided to employees to work remotely whenever possible. However, working remotely can come with it's own set of challenges. Communication is at the forefront of what Vituity is committed to improving and is being discussed with the appropriate teams. We hope to use this feedback to better Vituity as a whole and to keep you more "in the loop!" Thank you for giving Vituity 5-7 years of service.
