Pros

- no better experience available for scribing tbh. - management at my facility was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. inspirational people all around you. The lead of the scribes was one of the nicest and coolest doctors I have ever met. - great employees to work alongside with. -SCHEDULE SHIFTS BASED ON YOUR OWN AVAILABILITY AND TIMES! - if you're per diem and we're hired before 2019, you could work 4 shifts a month. This has changed to 6-8 shifts per month, which tbh isn't as manageable.

Cons

- medical scribes complained of not being as involved, but that comes with the job tbh so you get what you sign up for. You basically shut up and type. - students take this job and the increased minimum shifts means working at least 2x per week. Can be difficult with a busy student schedule. - don't expect high salaries lol. The pay isn't high, but they at least give a bit above minimum wage of at least $15 to medical scribes. - the shifts are 6-9 hours each. Can be difficult. If you got a do that 2x a week WITH. A heavy student schedule. - EVERYONE was burnt out.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Vituity! We're thrilled to hear that you found the scribing experience valuable and that our management and team left a positive impression. Providing an inspiring and supportive environment for our scribes is something we take pride in, and we’re glad you felt that during your time with us. We understand that the job comes with its challenges, including the shift requirements and workload, especially for students balancing a heavy schedule. While we strive to offer flexibility, we recognize that the demands of the role can be rigorous. We appreciate your feedback on shift expectations and burnout, and we are always looking for ways to support our team members better. Thank you again for your contributions and for taking the time to leave a review. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors! — The Vituity Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions during your time with Vituity. We’re glad you found the annual bonus and work-from-home flexibility beneficial. However, we're deeply concerned to hear about your experience with leadership and the culture. This is not reflective of the environment we strive to create, and we take concerns like this seriously. We’re committed to fostering a culture of trust, support, and collaboration, and we will look into ways to improve in these areas. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us grow and create a better workplace for everyone. Thank you again for your honesty. Warm regards, Michelle Dill Talent Sourcer
