Pros
It is a good job to earn experience for NP school, PA school or medical school.
Cons
Now with the shortage of providers and influx of patients, you will see a lot of patients per shift and it can be tiring. The pay is not great, if you are in it for the experiences it is a great job but if you need it to support you through school you might need another job.
