Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and your contributions as part of our team. We’re glad to hear that you find our compensation competitive for the local market. At the same time, we recognize that compensation is only one part of the overall work experience. We’re continuously working to improve areas such as professional growth, support, and day-to-day experience for our clinicians. We value open dialogue and encourage team members to share additional feedback directly with leadership or through our internal channels so we can continue to learn, improve, and better support our physicians. Your perspective matters, and we appreciate you being part of our organization. —The Vituity Team

Pros

Good physicians, new facilities being built, changing to epic

Cons

Payment issues. Consistently being underpaid each pay period and hr/payroll can’t seem to get it right. Causes me to spend lots of additional time communicating with them via email to get it right instead of spending my free time with my kids

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We truly appreciate your recognition of the quality of your physician colleagues, the continued investment in new facilities, and the transition to Epic. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with payroll accuracy. Being paid correctly and on time is fundamental, and we understand how frustrating and disruptive recurring issues can be—especially when it takes time away from your family. That is not the experience we want for any member of our team. Your feedback has been noted and is taken seriously. We are continuously working to improve our payroll processes and communication to ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely resolution. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we thank you for your patience as we work to address and prevent these issues moving forward. Thank you for the work you do and for being part of Vituity. —The Vituity Team

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the fast-paced start and learning curve.
