I have been working at VivSoft for almost 1 year and my experience has been very positive. VivSoft is very focused on employee experience. Overall the company has distinguished core values of kindness, humility, empathy, diversity, and inclusion. Leadership is transparent and there are many opportunities to grow and gain valuable skills.

Leadership is focusing on enhancing company culture Fully remote environment Everyone has a voice Lots of encouragement from leadership Competitive pay Great benefits, PTO, and sick leave Health insurance is half the cost of my last employer and has better providers Awesome co-workers

Cons

Because it's a newer company, some of the processes aren't 100% hammered out, but I can see the teams continuously working to improve this, so isn't really a con.
