Our intention is for you to feel very supported with our 2 weeks of intensive initial training, 4 additional weeks of ongoing training and consistent mentorship throughout your career. We also realize that it takes time for people to ramp up their skills, which is why we expect new teammates to close 22% after 8 weeks and 26% after 5 months. This ramp up period is designed to allow Project Planners to focus on skill development and improvement as they become proficient in the role. Clearly your experience did not align with the supportive and uplifting structure we have in place.
