Vivax Pros gives you an experience like no other company I’ve ever worked for you are family and they want to grow you not only in your personal life but in your professional life as well to become the best version of yourself that you can be and to grow as much as you want or can grow They have an amazing schedule great culture and the job is fun. I’ve never worked at a company like Vivax and I definitely plan on retiring from Vivax

-Autonomy: most work is done in the field. A PM spends more time with their crews than anyone else. -Team oriented just not in person. PMs and sales are always in contact and feeding off of and motivating each other. You can reach out to anyone at almost any time and receive feedback or advice. -great culture: from the top down nobody is inaccessible or above the work being done in the field. -very competitive in a positive way -potential for high earnings

Cons

-long hours -a lot of miles of personal vehicle -some may find the pace of work challenging. Personal accountability is very important.

Vivax pros is hands down the best company to work for when it comes to culture. I have built so many life long relationships while working here for the past year. I’m always supported by everyone in the company including people outside of my department. They not only have some much growth within the company but also help with personal development outside of work. I honestly couldn’t imagine where I would be in my life if I hadn’t started a career at Vivax. They have many different departments with so much growth opportunity in each one. The benefits are great ! They’re always putting out bonuses to help drive everyone and to also make more money ! At the end of the day we’re a customer service company, but above that they’re here for the employees. The hard work you put in is not only recognized but it’s also rewarded.

Cons

I personally don’t have anything bad to say about Vivax. We’re a close knit company who has high standards for one another.
