Pros
Really fun and challenging job. The project planner team is awesome. Really supportive group of people that rely on each other for advice and overall moral. Managers really invest in your development and want you to succeed. Definitely a job where the more you put into it, the more you get out of it, a meritocracy. Perks include a sales dinner, good PTO in the off season, company cell phone, ipad, gas card, and other fun company events. Good commission structure that definitely rewards your hard work and efforts. Competitiveness is a definite plus to finding success in this role.
Cons
Definitely can be challenging at first getting used to being alone everyday in your car and not spending very much time at the office. But with that it does allow for some flexibility in your day if you are running ahead of schedule or working in an area near your house for the day. If you struggle with time management you might face some challenges but manager support is great when it comes to figuring out time management that works for you.
