Whether you are exceeding your goals, hitting them, or falling short, leadership will always keep on with constructive criticism and praise to help you grow in sales. I consider the people I work with as friends and family more than I consider them colleagues, and see them outside of work a healthy amount. Management is flexible with your schedule as long as you are putting in work and getting stuff done! Vivax always provides for it's own. There is plenty of opportunity for growth within the company into different roles with higher responsibility, and incentives and bonuses are abundant. Amazing company events such as the Rocky Mountain tree Fest, Crew Appreciation Party, and frequent happy hours. For those who love animals, this is the most dog friendly office I have ever worked in.
Cons
the work and pay is what you make it to be. You need to be able to put your head down, grit your teeth, and role with the punches. If you can do that, You will succeed here at Vivax.
