Once again, you get what you put in. If you don't like to work hard, or have a tendency to be entitled when it comes to your career, this isn't the place for you. You really do have to bust your you-know-what during the peak season. It's worth it though when you can kick back and relax during the slower months. It's a newer company, so there are understandable growing pains. But it's also not a corporate machine with a lot of red tape ... so it's a double edged sword in this respect. It's not for everyone! But if you have a good work ethic, you'll come away with great experience pretty much every day.

- Managers across departments regularly disagree with each other on policy and give employees differing information that causes conflict. - Open-door policy is a farce and you will be punished for not conforming and pretending everything is okay (fakeness) - Offers you workout class during the work day and allows dogs to lure in millennials to justify them getting underpaid for the work done/stress. - People in higher positions treat you like a secretary and will unload their work on to you as they scroll through instagram. Doesn't matter if you have too much on your plate. Nothing will happen because they suck up to higher ups and the higher ups play favorites. (company isn't based on merit) - If you are OK with sucking up to management and putting on a fake persona this is the job for you.
