Pros
Sure they ask you to lay in all on the line but there is a lot of opportunity for personal and professional growth. Felt inspired coming to work everyday not only could you feel the excitement from your team members but upper management did a great job building their company by bettering those around them (employees, vendors, customers).
Cons
Definitely some growing pains, but if you want to make a difference in a company than work with Vivax and become part of the solution. Your opinions will be heard and solutions will be recognized. Unless you want to give it your 100% than I would not recommend this company for you.
