Pros

Very young staff love to go out and do social things together, your car is your office and you get to somewhat set your own schedule, you get to learn your way around Colorado, meet new people every day, learn about the exterior of a house. Potential to make high commissions IF you get good training . The owner Jeremiah is great, very thoughtful and cares about his employees and logan is a great source of resource he is very knowledgeable

Cons

Driving 500 miles a week , lots of wear and tear on your car, VERY low pay until you get to the next comission bracket. Very little and vague training which keeps you from making better comission because you don't find out what's wrong with your jobs till months later so you basically keep doing the same mistakes affecting your comission till your supervisor gets time to go over it with you. If you're over 30 this job isnt for you, if you have a family to provide for this job isnt for you. You will have no life work long hours and see little to no return . Everyone is just winging it no one really knows what they are doing except the senior staff . If you have an appointment past 5 and have a question good luck because no one will help you

Lots of pros and a lot of cons

Pros

High energy people, pretty positive atmosphere for the most part. If you work hard and keep your head down you can do very well.

Cons

The pros can be part of the problem sometimes. Culture is a big thing but the culture is ill-defined and comes at the stake of hurting processes. It can’t always be about just working hard and making sure you get to know everybody. Companies can’t just grow off of good feelings alone. There need to be procedures in place to facilitate growth and the incentives for hitting those marks need to be more pronounced. The problem is that those employees who actually do financial good for the company aren’t recognized or rewarded but the people who fit the company’s personality clique often get the bulk of the recognition. Becoming a successful company shouldn’t be based on popularity contests alone. People are working themselves down to the bone and don’t get recognized for that because they aren’t as outgoing as someone doing half the work and getting all the praise. Conversations always grind to a halt around the same set of people no matter the room in the building. There is too much focus on making the 1% satisfied and the suggestions from the remaining 99% go unheard. That might work in the short term but there is high turnover because those people can’t even get a foot in the door, no matter how open that open door policy is.

High turnover and no work life balance

Pros

The culture is decent, but I’ll get to that later. The money is pretty good if you don’t sleep or eat or breathe or do anything besides work. There’s some cool company events. There’s dogs at the office. Healthy competition between coworkers. The vending machine has some decent options.

Cons

Now, back to the culture: it sucks when you work for hours on end and you crave relaxation time and the company decides to just give you a happy hour with your coworkers. How about some time off? How about not working 10 days in a row because I want to go on vacation for 4 Days? I dont need a happy hour. I need a couple days off without having to work 10 days in a row to do so. There’s a very high turnover rate and management is mediocre. Also, the receptionist asks the handful of happy employees to write positive Glassdoor reviews. This place is hyped up during meetings that are POINTLESS. The meetings are full of fake positivity and how they care about the homeowners, but they teach you to shove product down people’s throats regardless of if the homeowner wants to hear it/needs it. Have some integrity. The marketing team borderline harasses homeowners to set appointments and it shows when Project planners go out to homes and deal with customers that clearly don’t want you there. I’ve had countless homeowners tell me they took appointments because vivax literally would not leave them alone. The atmosphere reminds me of high school and it’s honestly sad. There are so many disgruntled employees that won’t speak up because the “open door policy” is a lie. You can’t say how you feel because you’re supposed to just have this *fake* positivity that management won’t shut up about. I wasn’t fired and I didn’t quit on bad terms, but I feel bad for a lot of the employees there that I’ve spoken too and confided in that feel the exact same way as I do.
