Working at Vivax has been an incredible experience! I have never worked with a group of amazing individuals who care so genuinely about each other as well as their customers. Customer service is at the top of my list and day in and day out, I continue to see the dedication we strive to provide every single person we come into contact with! With a growing company they manage to keep us all well-connected! There is always a smiling face to chat with in the office!

Cons

There can be slight inconsistencies from time to time, but nothing we can't handle! We are a growing company and sometimes need to make simple changes in our processes. If you are adaptable, there should be no issue!

Pros

The people, environment and attitude. It's not a perfect company, we make plenty of mistakes, but we always get back up and keep pushing. It's a truly diverse group of people, from many different backgrounds, but we all care about what we are trying to do and most importantly, each other. There is freedom to get angry, to voice your opinion, or tell anyone they are wrong, but you also have to be ready to support your opinion and receive valid criticism. If you want to challenge yourself and grow as an individual in a safe but demanding environment with people that care about you, Vivax is the place to go.

Cons

If you are coming from a bigger structured company, this place can be uncomfortable for some. I enjoy that there are not answers to everything and anyone can take the initiate to solve problems. But this really is not the place to go if you JUST want to do your work and go home. It really wont work out. It's also a company where you have to earn your pay everyday, it doesn't matter what you've done in the past.

The employees and culture at Vivax is second to none around the entire country. EVERYONE that works here is extremely positive, caring, and your bosses genuinely care about your professional and emotional health. I have never felt so invested in with a job in my life.

Cons

I would not consider this a con, but you will put a lot into this career! It is not a company where anyone can simply show up and do the bare minimum.
