      Pros

      - Great Culture/ Great People - Room to move around and find your nitch - Fast paced work environment (rarely board) - Working hard to add additional services which creates opportunities to grow - Lots of community involvement - Decent amount of training (could be better) - Willing to make changes as necessary - We get sh** done!

      Cons

      - Lacking in company-wide communication (introducing new hires, and letting the team know when someone was let go or quit) **Trust me the pros out weight the cons. This is an amazing company to be a part of.

      Everyone here at Vivax nurtures each and every individual to allow us all to see our fullest potential realized. We are treated as equals here, with a voice of our own that is heard by the leadership team and never taken for granted. I'm relatively new here at Vivax, but never have I felt like I'm treated as an entry level employee. Rather, I feel as I am part of the close-knit and ever growing team, no not team, family. The future looks bright here at Vivax.

      Pros

      The people at Vivax are phenomenal. I haven't met a diverse group of people since college. The people are there to support you, challenge you, listen to you and teach you. It's quite spectacular the growth you undergo at this company. It is a great place to further your learning whether that's management, leadership, analytics, sales.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains. It has some gaps in processes and procedures. This can be difficult but also rewarding problems to fix. The structure of the processes and procedures are malleable which give to constant change. This can be hard to keep up with, adapt to and follow on a regular basis.
