Pros
the team: the people i work with are my friends and my family, not just my coworkers. we all hang out outside the office and have too much fun together. the culture: only badass people who work hard fit into it. but when you do, you'll never want to leave. work hard play hard and rewarded accordingly all the time. the opportunities: everyone at vivax has the chance to land their dream job. if you work hard and earn it--you can do whatever you want.
Cons
if you don't want to work hard you won't fit in. that's not a con though.
