Challenging environment. Staff is focused on personal and professional growth, health and happiness and involved with the community and making it a better place. Integrity and hard work is a daily constant and we aim to change the industry to how it's meant to be.

parking is getting a little rough but that's bound to happen with a growing company.

Pros

You spend half your life at work, and I feel lucky to be here. Very positive atmosphere if you work hard and seek to surround yourself with other people who take their jobs seriously. Lots of opportunity with how fast the company is growing. Daily emphasis on personal growth, being open about issues in the processes, and recently opened an employee gym.

Cons

If you want to keep your head down, clock in and out, and collect a pay check you will not be successful here. You get what you put into the job and it's definitely growing fast which means lots of opportunity to get in on the ground floor to help with processes . Some people may not be interested in that kind of intensity at a job.
