Was once thriving and expanding, the benefits are fairly good, but that's the end of that list.

Cons

Leadership takes a "hands off" approach, leaving little room for vision or strategy, no direction. Departments struggle while leadership doesn't make any changes. CEO under investigation for unknown reasons and may be let go or asked to leave

Pros

For a nonprofit, Vivent pays well, but still not enough for the demands of the work/organization

Cons

Turnover is a constant theme at Vivent. Being trained and onboarded was very chaotic. A year into my role and I'm still teaching myself things that should have been taught to me within my first few months on the job. There is a history of toxic work environment/culture as well. There seems to be a very deep disconnect between the headquarters of Vivent and the actual employees "on the ground" providing direct services.

Staff appear to have a heart for their client’s wellness and want to make a difference. The company offers 401K benefits. All employees have paid time off for their birthday.

Cons

Low pay. Poor health benefits. The supervisors are unprofessional and rude. The staff turnover rate is unbelievable.
