Vivent Health reviews

Vivent is another non profit that grew too quickly with the wrong leadership. Having poor leadership has become common in non profit but trust me when I say, senior leadership at Vivent makes up the poorest most disconnected leadership I’ve ever seen in my ten years of experience. They don’t care for their staff which is obvious in the less than terrible pay and benefits. They have the funding to pay their employees a fair wage but would rather acquire more organizations than take care of their own. While the mission is fantastic, a mission is only as good as those who ensure it’s attained. How many terrible reviews have to happen before the right people realize that the staff are in a crisis caused by terrible leadership? Save yourself and look elsewhere. No job is worth the treatment we get.

- Compensation is very low, not competitive at all with market value for industry and actual job. - Benefits are extremely expensive and very ban, limiting and health coverage and deductible's are crazy high. - There is a lot of nepotism in the work place, Managers and supervisors love to play favorites and very unprofessional and unqualify. - They cater to the LGBTQIA+, yet are very transphofobic and classist.
