The company really does help patients live better lives. Staff support each other. There are plenty of ways that the company can make an even bigger difference in the lives of people with HIV, if staff had more time to focus on each individual patient.

Cons

Too focused on growth. Let’s give everyone amazing care before expanding more. The company sets very ambitious goals that are often unattainable. Staff are overworked and demoralized. Company does not encourage career growth and development so turnover is higher than it needs to be. This also negatively impacts the experience that patients have.

It's a non-profit organization that gives hope to people living with HIV to live long and healthy lives.

Cons

The benefits are great, but the actual salary amount could be better for my experience and what I do.
