In different departments there truly are good people and they are the reason that it makes it hard to want to leave.

Cons

The CEO needs help, and not a belittling way. But truly needs to take a couple months off and let the other leaders in management take over to make things right again. Employees are blatantly telling the company what is wrong but yet he wants turn it around and say its an individual employee issue. If the majority of your company is telling you that you are an issue, YOU ARE THE ISSUE. There is always time for change and the company may want to consider changing him before more valuable employees decide to leave.

The people are this company are wonderfully dedicated to ending HIV through a medical home model. In house they offer prevention services, a food pantry, medical, dental, and behavioral health services and individual case management.

Cons

Low salaries and not a lot of upward mobility.
