Cons

Vivify was still in startup mode while I was there, but their customer base was growing and outlook was great.

Pros

The company has some very talented people who are endlessly dedicated to the patients and customers that it serves. Many good friendships exist here, beginning both before and since the acquisition. Strong work ethic. Still most flexible and reliable product on the market. Opportunities for career growth across a Fortune 5 company.

Cons

Shift to fully remote environment since the pandemic, despite the fact it was overwhelmingly voted for by the entire employee base, has taken a toll on the culture, especially for people who like to interact day to day with others in person. Remote work is not for everyone. Also, cultural norms are just different at small (<80 people) startups vs. blue chip company with hundreds of thousand employees. This can be a hard transition for companies to make when acquired.
