Pros

Free lunch, stable paycheck, friendly people, ability to work from home

Cons

I wish the pay was better and even among peers in your department. There seems to be a lot of change in management.

Pros

The perks are awesome, the management is great and willing to help out. If you want to move up and work hard you can. You have all the tools you need to succeed, you just have to use them.

Cons

There is an attendance policy that can put you in a rough spot if you used up some of occurrences and then have an emergency.

Pros

The learning curve is not high, when you don't know something on the phone with a customer your team lead or supervisor is more than willing to help give you the answer. They try to keep the call center less like a crazy boring call center.

Cons

The first few days/weeks are harder because you are getting accustom to how everything works.
