      Pros

      Leadership, company vision, team culture, strong pay, favorable working conditions and hours, positive, challenging, and uplifting work environment. I love working here and am so glad I came aboard!

      Cons

      Regulated industry which adds layer upon layer of complexity. Growing so fast with talented people that its difficult to make a name for yourself.

      Pros

      The best part about working here is really being part of a team, and being a part of the department as a whole. Each of us has a lot of input and open dialogue with our supervisors and co-workers, and it leads everyone to do their best and even look for ways for the department to improve.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be hard to move up in the company if you are looking to do so quickly. If you spend a year or more in a department, however, and really make sure you learn everything there is to learn about your field, there's no reason that you wouldn't be first on the list the next time there is a higher position available.
