      Pros

      Great culture, good food, and a growing company with a lot of opportunity. For me the upward mobility and potential increase in pay make up for any of the cons. Oh, and they had Imagine Dragons play a private show for the corporate party.

      Cons

      There's no 401 match or any availability for non-sales managers to buy into the future of the company. The health insurance is pricey and the deductibles are high compared with what my peers at Adobe, Property Solutions, and Domo are paying.

      Pros

      I've always felt like the company has taken care of me. I see it in the way that management acts from the top down and in all the policies they have. Examples are how they feed me (Vivint Cafe) and take care of all my ouchies (Vivint Clinic)... Now that I think about it, Vivint is like my mom and my mom is awesome.

      Cons

      Nada. I can't say anything bad about my mom.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment. Love the management, they truly want, and work for, what's best for the company and for the employees. The company's culture is one to be sought after. People are all very friendly to work with and everyone has the "Everyone Helps Out" attitude. I highly recommend this company.

      Cons

      To be honest I think it's possible to dig for negative things in almost every company. Unless the company is paying you to NOT work. ;) There is nothing that I could mention that would be an overall concerning issue. I genuinely love working here. Goals are clear, those that work hard, going above and beyond are rewarded.
